Adhesive mortar composed of gold tailing sand and preparation method thereof
An adhesive mortar dry powder prepared from gold tailing sand is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 450-550 parts of gold tailing sand, 350-450 parts of 425 ordinary portland cement, 80-120 parts of ground calcium carbonate powder, 15-25 parts of redispersible latex powder and 2.5-3.5 parts of cellulose. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a) weighing: firstly, weighing according to the proportion of each component in the adhesive mortar dry powder; b) stirring: fully stirring for 3-5 minutes; c) sealing and storing. The invention discloses adhesive mortar composed of gold tailing sand and a preparation method thereof. The bonding mortar of which the mechanical property and the chemical property meet the requirements can be formed; an effective method is provided for secondary utilization of the gold tailing sand, the problems of environmental pollution and resource waste caused by backfilling or stacking of the gold tailing sand in the prior art are solved, full utilization of the gold tailing sand is achieved, waste is turned into wealth, the beneficial effect is remarkable, and the adhesive mortar composed of gold tailing sand and the preparation method thereof are suitable for application and popularization.
本发明的黄金尾矿砂构成的粘结砂浆干粉,由以下组分按照重量份数组成:黄金尾矿砂450~550份,425普硅水泥350~450份,重钙粉80~120份,可再分散乳胶粉15~25份,纤维素2.5~3.5份。其制备方法为:a).称重,首先按照粘结砂浆干粉中各组分的比例称重;b).搅拌,充分搅拌3~5min;c).密封保存。本发明的黄金尾矿砂构成的粘结砂浆及其制备方法,可形成力学性能和化学性能均满足要求的粘结砂浆,为黄金尾矿砂的二次利用提出了一种行之有效的方法,解决了现有采用回填或堆放黄金尾矿砂所造成的环境污染和资源浪费问题,实现了对黄金尾矿砂的充分利用,可谓是变废为宝,有益效果显著,适于应用推广。
