Ceramic fiber filter membrane material and preparation method
The invention discloses a ceramic fiber filter membrane material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the ceramic fiber membrane material comprises the following steps: (a) selecting N types of mullite fibers and/or aluminum silicate fibers with different length-diameter ratio ranges within (100-200): 1 and M types of mullite fibers and/or aluminum silicate fibers with different length-diameter ratio ranges within (50-20): 1, N and M being greater than or equal to 1; (b) selecting 1-2 parts by weight of the mullite fibers and/or aluminum silicate fibers in the step (a),mixing the mullite fibers and/or aluminum silicate fibers with 5-58 parts by weight of an inorganic binder and 50-90 parts by weight of water, and stirring for 20-40 minutes to obtain a fiber slurry A; (c) adding 0.5-3.5 parts by weight of an organic binding agent, 0.05-0.1 parts by weight of polyacrylamide and 3-5 parts by weight of aggregate into the fiber slurry, and stirring for 100-140 minutes to obtain a fiber slurry B; and (d) sequentially carrying out vacuum filtration molding on the fiber slurry B, drying the fiber slurry B with hot air for 20-28 hours, and carrying out heat treatmentat 600-1200 DEG C to obtain the ceramic fiber membrane material. The compressive strength of the product is obviously enhanced, the wind erosion resistance of dusty gas is high, and the service lifeis long.
