Preparation method of high-strength ceramic filter membrane
The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-strength ceramic filter membrane, which comprises the following steps of: heating support ceramic aggregate particles to 100-300 DEG C in a vacuum state, drying for 24-72 hours, mixing and infiltrating a pre-prepared and dispersed nano sintering aid with the ceramic aggregate particles in the vacuum state, pressurizing the mixed solution to 10-20 Mpa, keeping the pressure, aging for 12-48 hours, separating powder from slurry, drying, adding a forming aid, uniformly mixing, forming a support body blank, drying the blank in the shade, drying and sintering, and subsequently coating the support body with at least one layer of filter membrane to finally obtain the ceramic membrane product. The breaking strength of the prepared high-strength ceramic membrane can be improved by 20-100% compared with the strength of a ceramic membrane which is prepared according to the same formula and is not mixed and infiltrated by the nano sintering aid dispersion liquid, the product strength qualification rate reaches up to 100%, the deviation of a strength test value is within +/-3% and is far lower than the deviation (+/-25%) of a conventional product, and the product stability is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种高强度陶瓷过滤膜的制备方法,支撑体陶瓷骨料颗粒在真空状态下升温至100‑300℃烘干24‑72h,再将预先配制分散好的纳米烧结助剂在真空状态下与陶瓷骨料颗粒进行混合、浸润,再对混合液加压至10‑20Mpa,保持压力陈腐12‑48h,将粉料从浆料中分离后烘干,加入成型助剂混合均匀后,再进行支撑体坯体成型,坯体阴干后再进行烘干烧结,后续在此支撑体上涂覆至少一层过滤膜,最终制备成陶瓷膜产品。本发明制得的高强度陶瓷膜,其抗折强度比同配方,但未经纳米烧结助剂分散液混合浸润的陶瓷膜强度可以提高20‑100%,产品强度合格率高达100%,且强度测试值偏差在±3%以内,远低于常规产品的±25%偏差,产品稳定性大幅度提高。
