The invention discloses a shock-absorbing anti-pulling support which comprises a lower support plate, a deformation buffer layer and an upper support, and the deformation buffer layer is clamped between the lower support plate and the upper support; the upper support is selected from one of a fixed upper support plate and a sliding upper support plate; the first anti-drawing device is clamped withthe lower support plate, and a damping block is arranged at the clamping part; the deformation buffer layer comprises a rubber plate or a ball lining plate. The damping tensile support device can achieve the tensile function through the structure of the damping tensile support device, the buffering damping effect can be well achieved, the damping function is improved, and therefore the damping tensile support device can be applied to the fields of bridges, buildings, oil carriers and the like.
