The invention discloses an anti-pulling rubber support for building. The anti-pulling rubber support is arranged at the bottom of a building or an interlayer shock insulation layer and can reduce the earthquake effect of the building. The anti-pulling rubber support for building is provided with laminated rubber, a support upper buried plate, anti-pulling bolts and a lower support plate, and further comprises upper support plate shoe caps and limiting baffles, wherein the upper support plate shoe caps comprise upper support plates, inner side stiffening plates, upper support plate shoe cap annular plates and top plates, the lower parts of the upper support plates are connected with the top of the laminated rubber, the upper parts are vertically connected with the inner side stiffening plates, the upper support plates, the upper support plate shoe cap annular plates and the top plates are sequentially connected according to the position relation of the lower bottom faces, the cylindrical faces and the upper bottom faces of cylinders, the limiting baffles comprise outer side limiting annular plates and outer side stiffening plates, the outer side limiting annular plates are connected with the support upper buried plate and arranged on outer rings of the upper support plate shoe cap annular plates, the spaces between the outer side limiting annular plates and the upper support plate shoe cap annular plates are filled with damping materials, and the lower support plates are connected with the bottom of the laminated rubber.
