Foundation pit supporting structure using steel sheet piles and concrete precast piles and supporting method thereof
The invention discloses a foundation pit supporting structure using steel sheet piles and concrete precast piles. The foundation pit supporting structure comprises supporting row piles, each supporting row pile comprises a top beam and a plurality of supporting piles which are arranged at intervals and inserted into a soil body, each supporting pile comprises a pile body, the end, inserted into the soil body, of each pile body is a pile tip, and the other end of each pile body is a pile tail; the pile tails of all the supporting piles are fixed to the top beams; each the supporting pile is composed of the steel sheet piles and the concrete precast piles which are alternately arranged at intervals, 1-2 steel sheet piles are arranged between every two adjacent concrete precast piles, and theincluded angle between each steel sheet pile and the gravity direction is alpha; the included angle between each concrete precast pile and the gravity direction is beta, alpha is larger than or equalto 0 degree and smaller than or equal to 30 degrees, beta is larger than or equal to 0 degree and smaller than or equal to 30 degrees, and alpha and beta are not 0 degree at the same time, so that the supporting piles and the top beams form a rigid frame, the supporting effect is improved, and the excavation depth of a foundation pit is increased. The steel sheet piles can be pulled out after foundation construction and backfilling are completed, parts of the concrete precast piles are reserved in a soil layer, resources are saved, and meanwhile displacement of the soil body on the rear sideof the foundation pit is well controlled.
本发明公开了一种利用钢板桩和混凝土预制桩的基坑支护结构,包括支护排桩,支护排桩包括冠梁和多个间隔布置插入土体的支护桩,每个支护桩包括桩体,桩体的位于插入土体的一端为桩尖,另一端为桩尾;所有支护桩的桩尾均与冠梁固定;支护桩由间隔交替布置的钢板桩和混凝土预制桩构成,在相邻的两个混凝土预制桩之间布置1‑2个钢板桩,钢板桩与重力方向的夹角为α;混凝土预制桩与重力方向的夹角为β,0°≥α≥30°,0°≥β≥30°,α和β不同时为0°,从而使支护桩和冠梁形成刚架,改善了支撑效果,增加基坑的开挖深度。钢板桩在基础施工完成、回填后可拔出,土层中留有部分混凝土预制桩,在节约资源的同时较好地控制基坑后侧土体的位移。
