The invention relates to a foundation pit supporting device adopting steel sheet piles and a construction method thereof. The foundation pit supporting device adopting the steel sheet piles comprisestwo guide plates, sliding columns, a lifting plate, positioning insertion columns, adjusting bolts and a positioning mechanism, wherein the front end and the rear end of each guide plate are correspondingly provided with a counter bore, and each counter bore is internally provided with a positioning insertion column; and a sliding column is arranged on the inner side of each guide plate, wherein asquare groove is formed in the top of each sliding column, the lower end of each lifting plate is located in the corresponding square groove, the inner side face of the middle of each lifting plate is connected with the middle of a corresponding adjusting bolt in a threaded fit mode, and a positioning mechanism is installed at the inner end of each adjusting bolt. The foundation pit supporting device adopting the steel sheet piles and the construction method thereof can solve the following problems that when existing steel piles are inserted and placed, a used limiting plate can only limit the positions of the two sides of each steel pile, the perpendicularity of each steel pile needs to be corrected in a manual correcting mode, and when a pile driver hammers the steel piles, the steel piles inclines which leads to that a structure formed by the steel piles can be integrally deflected.
本发明涉及一种采用钢板桩的基坑支护装置及施工方法,包括导向板、滑动柱、提拉板、定位插柱、调节螺栓和定位机构,所述的导向板的数量为二,每个导向板的前后两端均设置有一个沉孔,每个沉孔内均设置有一个定位插柱,每个导向板的内侧均分布有一个滑动柱,滑动柱的顶部上设置有方槽,提拉板的下端位于方槽内,提拉板的中部内侧面上通过螺纹配合的方式与调节螺栓的中部相连接,调节螺栓的内端上安装有定位机构。本发明可以解决现有钢桩进行插放时存在的:钢桩在插放时用的限位板只能够对其两侧的位置进行限位,钢桩的垂直度需要人工抚正的方式进行正位,打桩机对钢桩锤击时会存在钢桩倾斜,从而导致钢桩形成的结构会发生整体偏斜等问题。
