Movable full-hydraulic deep foundation pit emergency rescue pumping equipment
Disclosed is movable full-hydraulic deep foundation pit emergency rescue pumping equipment. The equipment comprises a chassis, a hydraulic water pump and a pumping pipe. The hydraulic water pump can be submerged into the bottom of a deep foundation pit. A reel frame is installed on the chassis. The pumping pipe is wound around the reel frame. After the pumping pipe is expanded by the reel frame, the pumping pipe is connected with a drainage outlet of the hydraulic water pump at the bottom of the deep foundation pit. A positioning supporting frame is installed at the front side of the chassis.The positioning supporting frame can stretch forwards and support the pumping pipe, so that the pumping pipe stretches forwards to the portion above the deep foundation pit and then is bent downwardsto enter the deep foundation pit. The positioning supporting frame can increase the radian at the bent position of the pumping pipe, and decrease the pressure borne at the bent position of the pumpingpipe. The equipment is mainly used for deep foundation pit emergency rescue. By arranging the positioning supporting frame, the pumping pipe can reach the bottom of the deep foundation pit without making contact with the edge of the deep foundation pit, meanwhile, due to the positioning supporting frame, the radian at the bent position of the pumping pipe is increased, and the phenomenon that water drainage is affected due to the fact that the pumping pipe is flattened by the dead weight of the deep foundation pit and the weight of water inside the pipe is avoided.
一种移动式全液压深基坑应急抢险抽水设备，它包括底盘、液压水泵以及抽水管，所述的液压水泵能沉入深基坑底部，所述的底盘上安装有卷盘架，所述的抽水管卷绕于卷盘架上，卷盘架将抽水管展开后与深基坑底部的液压水泵排水口相连，所述底盘的前侧安装有定位支撑架，该定位支撑架能前伸并支撑抽水管，使抽水管能前伸至深基坑上方后折弯向下进入深基坑，该定位支撑架能增加抽水管折弯处的弧度，减小抽水管折弯处所受的压力。本发明主要用于深基坑应急抢险，通过定位支撑架的设置，使抽水管能不与深基坑边沿接触而到达深基坑底部，同时定位支撑架增加了增加抽水管折弯处的弧度，以免抽水管由于深基坑内的自身的重量及管内水的重量压扁而影响出水。
