The reinforcement device comprises casting formworks located on the two sides of a shear wall casting space correspondingly, the outer sides of the casting formworks are fitted with a plurality of vertical wooden squares, the reinforcement device further comprises L-shaped left clamping parts located on the outer side of the left-side casting formwork and leftwards-overturned-L-shaped right clamping parts located on the outer side of the right-side casting formwork, and positions between the left clamping parts and the left-side wooden squares and the positions between the right clamping parts and the right-side wooden squares are provided with horizontal rods. The installation method comprises the steps that the casting formworks and the wooden squares are put in place, screw rods penetrate through the left-side casting formwork, the shear wall casting space and the right-side casting formwork in sequence, the horizontal rods are placed between the left clamping parts and the left-side wooden squares as well as between the right clamping parts and the right-side wooden squares, andthen concrete is poured into the shear wall casting space. The shear wall casting formwork reinforcement device is simple in structure, the installation method is fast and convenient, reliable reinforcement can be performed on the shear wall casting formworks, the construction quality is improved, and the construction schedule is accelerated.
