Hydraulic formwork climbing device for building construction
The invention provides a hydraulic formwork climbing device for building construction. The climbing device comprises an operation platform, a formwork climbing mechanism and a formwork adjusting mechanism. The formwork climbing mechanism comprises a supporting base assembly and a climbing rod. The supporting base assembly comprises an arch-shaped fixing base, a movable connecting base, a bearing cantilever and a movable bearing plate. A climbing rod sliding groove is provided with a baffle for preventing the climbing rod from being separated from the climbing rod sliding groove. A fixed bearing plate is fixedly connected to the top end of the climbing rod. A right-angle supporting leg is fixedly connected to the bottom end. The top end of the climbing rod is fixedly connected with the operation platform. The formwork adjusting mechanism comprises a formwork fixing frame, an adjusting beam, a hydraulic oblique adjuster, gears, a connecting rod and a beam position adjusting rod. The gears are installed in gear installing holes. The bottom ends of the gears are engaged with a gear plate. The two gears are connected through the connecting rod to form a linkage gear. A locating sleeve,a hexagonal prism clamping sleeve and a position adjusting buffering sleeve are sequentially arranged on the connecting rod from left to right in a fixed connecting manner. The hydraulic formwork climbing device is convenient to operate, practical and safe.
