Sectional elevated stand column grouting device
The invention discloses a sectional elevated stand column grouting device. The device comprises grouting mechanisms carried on a moving mechanism. The moving mechanism comprises a screw rack, a vertical moving assembly and a horizontal moving assembly. The screw rack is arranged on the periphery of a stand column in a surrounding mode. The vertical moving assembly and the horizontal moving assembly are both arranged on the screw rack to form a whole. Each grouting mechanism comprises a grouting machine, a conveying pipe, a grouting gun and a control assembly which are connected in sequence, wherein the grouting machine is connected with a grout storage tank, and the control assembly is connected with the grouting gun so as to control the grouting gun so that the grouting process can be achieved. According to the sectional elevated stand column grouting device provided by the invention, full-automatic grouting is achieved, the manpower cost is lowered, the probability of safety accidents is lowered, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is lowered; and in the grouting process, the grouting material use amount and the grouting time can be effectively controlled, the problem of construction quality caused by insufficient grouting is avoided, and automatic precise grouting is achieved.
