The grouting type weathering resistant steel stand column comprises a straight pipe section and a taper pipe section, spiral blades are arranged on the periphery of the straight pipe section, a pipe wall grouting opening is formed in the pipe wall of the straight pipe section, a mud blocking structure is arranged on the outer side of the pipe wall grouting opening, and the mud blocking structure comprises an upper side baffle and a lower side baffle which are fixedly arranged; the left side baffle and the right side baffle are arranged between the upper side baffle and the lower side baffle and are sequentially arranged in the circumferential direction, the left end of the right side baffle is located on the lower side of the left side baffle, and an arc-shaped guide long hole with the axis extending in the vertical direction is formed in the left end of the right side baffle; the right end of the left side baffle is provided with a breakable guide pin shaft which is in guide moving fit with the arc-shaped guide long hole, and the left side baffle, the right side baffle, the upper side baffle and the lower side baffle define an impact cavity connected with a pipe wall grouting opening. According to the grouting type weathering-resistant steel stand column for the expressway guardrail plate, direct drilling grouting can be achieved, and therefore reinforcement cage weaving is avoided.
