The invention discloses a high-efficiency bundling hand holder for construction steel bars. The high-efficiency bundling hand holder comprises a shell and two arc-shaped blocks which are symmetrical left and right. Two elastic cavities which are opened downwards are formed in the shell. Supporting blocks are arranged on the top walls of the elastic cavities in a left-right sliding mode. The downward-extending portions of the supporting blocks extend out. The arc-shaped blocks are fixedly arranged on the bottom faces of the corresponding supporting blocks. Clamping plates are fixedly arranged on the side faces, located on the lower sides, of the arc-shaped blocks, and the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate get close to each other and can clamp the bottom side portions of U-shaped steel wires. A handle is fixedly arranged on the top face of the shell, and two lifting cavities which are symmetrical left and right are formed in the handle. According to the high-efficiency bundling hand holder for the construction steel bars, the modes of handheld upward pulling and motor-driven rotating are adopted, the steel bars in building operations can be bundled in a semi-automaticmode, and the bundling efficiency of the steel bars can be effectively improved; and bodily injury accidents caused during manual bundling can be reduced.
