The invention discloses a construction device for bundling at joints of construction bars, relates to the technical field of binding wire hooks, and solves the problems that for a conventional bindingwire hook, a handle of the binding wire hook needs to be manually rotated to bundle reinforcing bars, and the inserting angle of a hook of the binding wire hook cannot be adjusted. The construction device for bundling at the joints of the construction bars comprises a rotating rod and a binding rod, wherein the rotating rod is movably connected to the inner part of a multi-functional block. Whenthe construction device for bundling at the joints of the construction bars is used for binding the reinforcing bars, a binding wire is hooked by the binding rod; when a holding cylinder is lifted, under the action of driving sliding grooves in the rod body of the rotating rod, a driving block of the holding cylinder is used for driving the whole rotating rod to rotate, so that the binding rod atthe bottom rotates along with the rotating rod for binding the binding wire; and the rotating rod is rotatably connected with the binding rod through a universal joint, so that the oblique angle of the binding rod can be changed freely, the rotation of the rotating rod can be obtained in real time, the binding of the binding wire is realized, and the construction device is convenient and flexibleto use.
