The invention discloses protective scaffolding used during construction of an elevated bridge box beam crossing a railway, and an erecting method. The scaffolding comprises a shape steel ceiling and aside shape steel frame; the side shape steel frame comprises two main vertical columns, and trolleys are arranged at the bottom ends of the main vertical columns; a straight track and an arc track are arranged on each side of a track; a rotary shaft and a positioning pin are fixed to the two main vertical columns on the same side correspondingly, and fixed beams and cantilever beams are arrangedon the two main vertical columns; limiting channel steel is arranged between the fixed beams and the cantilever beams; a steel bracket is arranged on one of the main vertical columns; first upper tracks are arranged on the cantilever beams; a transition support is arranged on one side of the track, and second upper tracks are arranged on a top frame of the transition support; and the shape steel ceiling is provided with idler wheels. The key of the method lies in that the trolleys are rotated, the temporary support top frame is formed, and then the shape steel ceiling is dragged to the temporary support top frame from the transition support. According to the scaffolding and the erecting method, splicing can be completed without using a crane to hoist the shape steel ceiling from the position above the track.
本发明公开了一种跨越铁路的高架桥箱梁施工时用的防护棚架及搭设方法,该棚架包括型钢顶棚和侧部型钢框架;侧部型钢框架包括两根主立柱,主立柱底端设有小车;铁轨的每一侧设有直轨道和弧形轨道;同一侧的两根主立柱分别固定有转轴和定位销,两根主立柱上设有固定梁和悬臂梁;固定梁与悬臂梁之间设有限位槽钢;一根主立柱上设有钢牛腿;悬臂梁上设有第一上轨道;铁轨一侧设有过渡支架,过渡支架顶框设有第二上轨道;型钢顶棚设有滚轮;该方法的关键在于:旋转小车,形成临时支撑顶框,再将型钢顶棚从过渡支架拖拽牵引至临时支撑顶框。该棚架及搭设方法无需使用吊机从铁轨上方吊运型钢顶棚就能完成拼装。
