Push rod structure for automobile door
The invention discloses a push rod structure for an automobile door. A motor is used for driving a lead screw to rotate, so that a sliding block drives a connecting rod to move, thus, the expansion and contraction of the connecting rod is realized, and an automobile door is pushed to open and close; as the push rod structure requires a certain size during installation and the connecting rod is arranged between the lead screw and the motor, the push rod structure can be fixed by screws at the position of the shell on both sides of the connecting rod, the force on the shell of the push rod structure is more balanced, convex lugs used for connecting the screws are prevented from being broken or the shell is prevented from being damaged; the sliding block is formed by plastic encapsulation anda metal nut wrapped by the plastic encapsulation, and therefore, the push rod structure has relatively low noise and light weight in the moving process; the motor is fixed by a retaining appliance; the retaining appliance is leaned against and fastened to the shell through the side surface so as to be fixed; the two ends of the lead screw are fixed to a cover plate and a baseplate through sleeves; and a bearing is arranged at the non-threaded section near a driven wheel and is fixed by an O-shaped clamp spring, and therefore, the interior does not need to be fixed by the screw, and the assembly is convenient.
本发明公开了一种汽车门用推杆结构,利用电机驱动丝杆转动,使得滑块带动连杆移动实现其伸缩,推动汽车门的开启/关闭,由于推杆结构在安装时需要一定的尺寸,而连杆设在丝杆与电机之间,使得推杆结构可以在连杆两侧的外壳的位置进行螺钉固定,推杆结构的外壳受到的力更加平衡,避免用于连接螺钉的凸耳折断或外壳损坏,滑块采用由塑胶包胶以及包覆在塑胶包胶内部的金属螺母形成,在移动过程中,噪音更小、减轻质量。电机通过保持器固定,保持器通过侧面与壳体抵接以及扣接实现固定,丝杆的两端通过套筒固定在盖板和基板上,且在从动轮附近非螺纹段位置设置轴承,轴承通过O型卡簧固定,因此,内部不需要采用螺钉固定,组装方便。
