The advantages of iron tailing components, the delayed coagulation effect of ardealite and the later strength of fly ash reinforced cementare fully utilized, it is ensured that the cement has good performance in road engineering use, meanwhile, solid waste tailings are utilized to the maximum extent, resource recycling and efficient utilization of tailing sand are promoted, and recycling of wastes, high efficiency of resources and environmental protection of achievements are achieved.
