According to the invention, recycled aggregate is heated to 300-500 DEG C to dehydrate and embrittle mortar wrapping natural aggregate, and then the mortar wrapping the natural aggregate is removed through grinding, so that the strength, the impermeability and other properties of the recycled aggregate are greatly improved so as to widen the application range of the recycled aggregate.
