The invention discloses a high-efficiency environment-friendly construction waste concrete treatment process, and belongs to the field of construction waste treatment. The process comprises the following steps: carrying out primary crushing, pre-screening, primary crushing, intermediate screening, secondary crushing and finished product screening on construction waste concrete to obtain recycled aggregate with different particle size requirements. According to the process, the amount of dust and the proportion of fine aggregate generated in the production process can be reduced, and raised dust generated in the production environment is reduced; meanwhile, the treatment efficiency of the waste concrete and the quality of the recycled aggregate can be improved to a certain extent, and efficient and environment-friendly treatment of the construction waste concrete can be achieved; and the recycled aggregate with different particle sizes is applied to different types of green building material products in a manner of meeting requirements, and contributions can be made to 'waste-free cities' and 'sponge cities'.
