The invention discloses dry-mixed plastering mortar and a preparation method thereof. The dry-mixed plastering mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 150 to 190 parts ofcement, 10 to 30 parts of fly ash, 100 to 140 parts of machine-made coarse sand, 370 to 390 parts of machine-made fine sand, 280 to 320 parts of river sand and 10 to 20 parts of an admixture. The preparation method comprises the following steps: drying river sand until the water content is lower than 0.5%, uniformly mixing the river sand, cement, fly ash, gypsum, machine-made coarse sand and machine-made fine sand, baking at 30-40 DEG C for 60-70 minutes, grinding for 10-20 minutes, finally adding an air entraining agent, a water reducing agent and an admixture, and uniformly mixing to obtainthe dry-mixed plastering mortar. The dry-mixed plastering mortar disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high bonding strength and good heat-conducting property; the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple steps and strong operability; and the prepared dry-mixed plastering mortar has the advantages of high bonding strength and good heat-conducting property.
