The invention discloses a high-strength sand-based water-permeable brick. The high-strength sand-based water-permeable brick comprises the following components in parts by mass: 150-250 parts of irontailing sand, 150-250 parts of high-strength pottery sand, 300-500 parts of quartz sand, 80-100 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of polymer polyester fibers, 40-50 parts of epoxy resin, 5-7 parts of a reinforcing agent, 1-3 parts of a thickening agent, 8-10 parts of a setting accelerator, 2-6 parts of a coloring agent, 1.5-2.5 parts of a water reducing agent and 15-25 parts of water. According to thehigh-strength sand-based water-permeable brick, the iron tailing sand, the high-strength pottery sand and the quartz sand are mixed together to serve as aggregate; the strength of the aggregate is improved on the basis; the high strength of the aggregate is guaranteed; meanwhile, high porosity is achieved; thus, the water permeability is improved; and the compression strength, breaking strength and frost resistance of the aggregate can be improved through the polymer polyester fibers.
