The invention relates to the technical field of water permeable bricks, in particular to a high-strength porous water permeable brick which comprises brick bodies, circulation openings, a solid layer, movable grooves, pistons, limiting rods and springs, the number of the brick bodies 1 is two, the brick bodies 1 are spliced up and down, the circulation openings are formed in the transverse center and the front and rear ends of the faces, close to each other, of the two brick bodies, and the solid layer is arranged at the upper end of the lower end brick body; the movable groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the center of the circulation opening, of the upper end of the lower-end brick body, the movable groove extends downwards into the lower-end brick body, the piston is movably installed at the upper end of the interior of the movable groove, and the limiting rod is fixedly installed at the center of the upper end of the interior of the circulation opening. The high-strength porous water permeable brick can effectively reduce a reverse seeping condition. The water permeable bricks can be self-locked after being mounted, so that the phenomenon that the edges of the water permeable bricks are warped when the water permeable bricks are treaded due to uneven ground surface is reduced, gaps among the water permeable bricks are sealed, the possibility that plant rhizomes grow through the gaps is reduced, and the service life of the water permeable bricks is prolonged.
