The invention relates to the technical field of concrete preparation, specifically to steel slag concrete with steel slag replacing broken stone and a preparation method for the steel slag concrete. The steel slag concrete with the steel slag replacing the broken stone comprises the following raw materials: the steel slag, cement, fly ash, mineral powder, sand and a polycarboxylate superplasticizer. According to the invention, waste steel slag is used as aggregate and subjected to heat braising treatment, so free calcium oxide and free magnesium oxide in the steel slag are subjected to a hydration reaction, and expansion and shrinkage of the steel slag are reduced; meanwhile, the water content of the steel slag is saturated, so the problem of quick slump loss of the steel slag concrete with the steel slag replacing the broken stonel in the production process is solved. The concrete prepared by taking the cement, the fly ash and the mineral powder as cementing materials has the advantages of high strength and strong stability and stretch resistance. The preparation method comprises the following steps: subjecting the steel slag to hot braising, then carrying out crushing so as to obtain coarse aggregate, then allowing the steel slag to replace the broken stone, and preparing the steel slag concrete according to a preparation method of common concrete. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple in process, easy and convenient in operation, and capable of recycling the waste steel slag.
本发明涉及混凝土制备技术领域,尤其是一种钢渣代替碎石的钢渣混凝土及其制备方法。本发明提供的钢渣代替碎石的钢渣混凝土制备原料包括:钢渣、水泥、粉煤灰、矿粉、砂、聚羧酸减水剂。利用废弃的钢渣作为骨料,对其进行热焖处理使钢渣中的游离氧化钙与游离氧化镁水化反应,减少其自身的膨胀收缩;并且使钢渣含水达到饱和,解决钢渣代替碎石的钢渣混凝土在生产过程中塌落度损失快的问题。以水泥、粉煤灰、矿粉为胶凝材料制备得到的混凝土,具有强度高、稳定性和抗伸缩性能强的优点。首先将钢渣热焖再粉碎得到粗骨料,然后将钢渣代替碎石按照普通普通混凝土的制备方法进行制备,工艺简单,操作简便,能够对废弃的钢渣进行回收利用。
