The invention relates to a preparation method for low-brittleness polycrystalline semitransparent aluminum oxide ceramic. The preparation method comprises the following steps: die-casting aluminum oxide ceramic ingredients into an aluminum oxide ceramic green body by adopting high-pressure die-casting molding; doping yttrium oxide onto the surface of the aluminum oxide ceramic green body through sputtering, then carrying out presintering treatment, cooling a presintered aluminum oxide ceramic green body, then immersing the cooled presintered aluminum oxide ceramic green body into an inhibitingagent for constant-temperature infiltration, then carrying out normal-temperature drying, placing an obtained aluminum oxide ceramic green body into a sintering furnace, and carrying out sintering soas to obtain aluminum oxide ceramic with crystals arranged in an oriented mode. According to the invention, sputtering doping is carried out firstly; the procedures of pre-sintering treatment and immersing in the inhibiting agent are then carried out; high-temperature sintering is then carried out; thus, the prepared aluminum oxide ceramic is significantly ordered in grain arrangement; meanwhile,the brittleness of the aluminum oxide ceramic is also significantly reduced.
本发明涉及一种低脆性多晶半透明氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法,采用高压压铸成型将氧化铝陶瓷配料压铸成氧化铝陶瓷坯体;向氧化铝陶瓷坯体表面通过溅射掺杂氧化钇后进行预烧结处理,将经过预烧结的氧化铝陶瓷坯体降温后浸入抵制剂中进行恒温浸渗后进行常温干燥,置于烧结炉中烧结得到晶体定向排列的氧化铝陶瓷。通过先溅射掺杂,然后再进行预烧结处理及浸抑制剂工序后进行高温烧结,这样制备的氧化铝陶瓷的晶粒排列显著有序,并且氧化铝陶瓷的脆性也显著下降。
