The invention discloses an internal plasticization type polyether and a preparation method thereof, a single-component polyurethane waterproof coating and a coating and rolling composite constructionstructure. The single-component polyurethane waterproof coating is composed of the following raw materials: internal plasticization type polyether, polyether with two or more degrees of functionality,a plasticizer, a filling material, diphenylmethane diisocyanate and a catalyst. According to the invention, by adoption of a scheme of self-made internal plasticized polyether, the low-viscosity effect is realized; the usage amount of MDI does not need to be increased; the usage amount of the plasticizer can be reduced; and migration and precipitation are reduced.
本发明公开了一种内增塑型聚醚及其制备方法和单组分聚氨酯防水涂料以及涂卷复合施工结构。该单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的原料组成包括:内增塑型聚醚、两官能度以上聚醚、增塑剂、填料、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、催化剂。本发明采用自制内增塑聚醚的方案实现低粘度的效果,无须提高MDI用量,可以减少增塑剂用量,减少迁移和析出。
