The invention discloses a non-cured rubber asphalt-polyurethane waterproof coating composite construction method, and belongs to the technical field of waterproofing. The construction method comprises the following steps: firstly, coating a conventional commercially available non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating on a concrete layer in a hot melting manner at an interval of 1 minute, and then blade-coating a polyurethane waterproof coating on the surface of the non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating by 1.0-1.5 mm once. In the invention, the polyurethane waterproof coating is de-blocked on a high-temperature surface generated when the non-cured rubber asphalt is melted, releases a high-activity NCO group, and quickly generates chemical reaction with phenolic hydroxyl groups in the non-cured rubber asphalt in the presence of a high-efficiency catalyst to form a composite waterproof coating which is combined through the chemical reaction; the problems that the bonding force between non-cured rubber asphalt-polyurethane waterproof coating composite waterproof layers is poor, and the bonding force is prone to attenuation are solved.
