Composite vibration reduction device
The invention discloses a composite vibration reduction device. The composite vibration reduction device comprises a spring energy absorption box, a liquid energy dissipation box is arranged at the bottom of the spring energy absorption box, and a piezoelectric transduction box is arranged at the bottom of the liquid energy dissipation box. Energy transmitted by large-scale vibration is absorbed by utilizing the characteristic that piezoelectric ceramic converts pressure applied by the outside into electric energy, resistance type turbine blades are electrified to generate heat and rotate to consume energy generated by vibration, solid-liquid friction energy dissipation and heat conduction caused by rotation of the turbine blades in a liquid are utilized, heat of a middle-layer high-temperature liquid is upwards transmitted into a top-layer space through a ceramic layer by means of heat transfer between different media, and then telescopic energy dissipation is achieved by means of thetemperature deformation characteristic of memory alloy, so that the high-efficiency wide-frequency vibration reduction effect is achieved. According to the composite vibration reduction device, multiple composite vibration reduction is adopted, the vibration reduction effect of the whole device system is greatly promoted through the interaction between the layers while all the layers consume energy independently, and the all-around vibration reduction and energy dissipation effects are jointly achieved.
