The second vibration reduction mechanism comprises a second shell fixed to the guardrail body, a container is arranged in the second shell, an impeller and damping liquid are arranged in the container, the impeller is in threaded connection with a first connecting rod, and the first connecting rod penetrates through the container and the second shell and then is hinged to one end of a second connecting rod. The outer edges of blades of the impeller are connected with the container in a sliding mode, flexible plates are arranged between the adjacent extrusion covers, and the guardrail can achieve multiple vibration reduction and is suitable for vibration reduction and collision prevention of high-speed vehicles.
