The invention discloses a self-unloading steel corrugated plate arch culvert. The self-unloading steel corrugated plate arch culvert comprises a steel corrugated plate of an arch structure arranged inthe culvert direction, and a concrete foundation is arranged at the arch foot position of the steel corrugated plate; the self-unloading steel corrugated plate arch culvert further comprises a self-unloading unit arranged at the upper part of the steel corrugated plate; the self-unloading unit comprises a plurality of steel pipes which are uniformly distributed on the outer side of the steel corrugated plate in the culvert direction, and a steel plate is arranged above the steel pipes; and in the culvert filling process, the steel pipes have certain deformability and can play a role in reducing the arch load of the culvert, meanwhile, gravel or sandy gravel can be duly blown and filled among the steel pipes according to the deformation condition of the culvert so as to limit further deformation of the steel pipes, and after the filling height is reached, grouting is conducted through reserved grouting holes, so that the integrity and durability of the structure are guaranteed. The culvert is complete in functions, flexible, simple, convenient, environment-friendly and efficient, greatly reduces the investment of engineering materials, accelerates the construction progress, guarantees the construction safety, shortens the construction period, and is obvious in economic benefit.
本发明公开了一种自卸载的钢波纹板拱形涵洞,包括沿涵洞方向设置的拱形结构的钢波纹板,钢波纹板拱脚位置设置有混凝土基础;还包括设置在钢波纹板上部的自卸载单元;自卸载单元包括沿涵洞方向排布的均布于钢波纹板外侧的多根钢管,钢管上方设置有钢板;在涵洞填土过程中,钢管有一定的变形能力,可以起到减小涵洞拱部荷载的作用,同时可以根据涵洞变形的情况适时吹填碎石或砂卵石到钢管之间,以限制钢管的进一步变形,待达到填土高度后,通过预留的注浆孔注浆,保障结构的整体性和耐久性。本发明功能完善、灵活简便、环保高效,极大地减少了工程材料的投入,加快了施工进度,保证施工安全、缩短工期,并且经济效益明显。
