Construction method of steel corrugated plate arch culvert
The invention provides a construction method of a steel corrugated plate arch culvert, which comprises the following steps of: after foundation pit excavation and bottom plate construction are completed, assembling a steel template and a side wall steel bar of a side wall close to the edge of a foundation pit, pre-embedding angle steel, bolts on the angle steel, side wall pre-embedded bars of a reinforcing ring and hole retaining wall pre-embedded bars, and constructing a steel corrugated plate arch culvert. A steel formwork of the side wall is poured to complete side wall construction; paving on a backfilled foundation pit to form a river bottom, hoisting the river bottom to the ground circle by circle, and splicing to form a steel corrugated plate of a reinforcing ring; after the arch feet of the reinforcing ring are encapsulated with concrete, the reinforcing ring is poured through fine aggregate concrete; and the culvert back is poured with foam light soil, and then construction is completed according to the sequence of laying of the splayed wall and the hole, filling of the upper portion of the culvert top and monitoring and measuring in sequence. The steel corrugated plates are assembled on the ground, hoisted and installed, the reinforcing rings are filled with fine aggregate concrete instead of self-compacting concrete, the culvert back is poured with foam light soil instead of water-permeable materials such as sand gravel, and the work efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明提供了钢波纹板拱涵的施工方法,包括在完成基坑开挖和底板施工后,装配临近基坑边缘的侧墙的钢模板和侧墙钢筋,逐段推进的方式预埋角钢、角钢上的螺栓以及加强圈的侧墙预埋筋和洞口挡墙预埋筋后,浇筑侧墙的钢模板完成侧墙施工;在回填的基坑上铺砌形成河底,逐圈吊装地面拼装形成加强圈的钢波纹板;对加强圈的拱脚包封混凝土后,利用细石混凝土浇筑加强圈;利用泡沫轻质土浇筑涵背,然后依次按照八字墙和洞口铺砌、涵顶上方填筑以及监控测量的顺序,完成施工。本发明钢波纹板地面拼装,吊装安装,加强圈填充采用细石混凝土代替自密实混凝土,涵背浇筑泡沫轻质土代替砂砾石等透水性材料,工效大大提高。
