The invention relates to a water-floating garbage collecting device which comprises a connecting pipe, a box body, a floating component, gauze and the like. Through the potential difference between the box body and the water surface, floating garbage on the water surface can be actively gushed into the box body and is taken up by the gauze. Meanwhile, a water pump is arranged in the device, so that the device can continuously collect water-floating garbage. The problem of single manual salvaging equipment for water surface garbage removing and collecting is solved, and the water-floating garbage collecting device is small in size, flexible and light to use and high in working efficiency.
