Method for treating quicksand in digging hole of manual digging pile by light well point dewatering
The invention relates to a method for treating quicksand in a digging hole of a manual digging pile by light well point dewatering. The method comprises the steps that a punching and a dewatering device which are used for treating the quicksand are adopted, specifically, the method is characterized in that a concrete protective wall at the upper part of a quicksand layer is well prepared; a hole is punched obliquely outwards along the water surface part of the quicksand layer at the bottom of the protective wall; a flexible water collecting pipe is assembled and connected, connecting pipes areconnected with well point pipes and the flexible water collecting pipe, a small hoist crane equipped for digging is used for hoisting a drainage pump into the bottom of a pile hole, the flexible water collecting pipe is connected through a water suction port of the drainage pump, pumping and drainage are carried out, and the drainage pump enters the quicksand layer of the digging pile for dewatering, digging and concrete supporting; and after the quicksand treatment is finished and the hole is dug to the designed depth of the pile hole, the dewatering should be continuously maintained until the acceptance of the pile hole is qualified, the pump can be stopped before a reinforcement cage is ready to be lowered, the drainage pump and a drainage pipe in the pile hole are withdrawn, and the flexible water collecting pipe and the connecting pipes are disassembled. According to the method, the dewatering efficiency and speed are high; meanwhile, the method is more suitable for simultaneously treating the quicksand by a plurality of pile holes; and a group well dewatering effect can be generated, the quicksand treatment speed is accelerated, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种轻型井点降水处理人工挖孔桩挖孔出现流沙的方法,采用处理流沙的冲孔和降水装置,其特点是做好流沙层上部砼护壁;沿着护壁底部流沙层水面部位向外倾斜冲孔;组装连接柔性集水管,连接管连接井点管、柔性集水管,使用挖孔配备的小型卷扬机吊排水泵入桩孔底部,并通过排水泵吸水口连接柔性集水管,抽水、排水进入挖孔桩流沙层降水、开挖、及砼支护过程;流沙处理结束,挖孔到设计桩孔深度后,应继续维持降水到桩孔验收合格,准备下钢筋笼前才能停泵,撤出桩孔内排水泵、排水管,拆除柔性集水管、连接管。本发明降水效率高、降水速度快,同时更适宜多个桩孔同时处理流沙,可产生群井降水效应,加快流沙处理速度,提高施工效率。
