The invention relates to a heat insulation core material structure and a manufacturing method thereof. Specifically, the heat insulation core material structure comprises multiple installation frames,multiple installation rods and multiple heat insulation core material battens. In addition, the manufacturing method includes the following steps that S1, the multiple installation rods are installedon one installation frame; S2, at least one heat insulation core material batten penetrates the multiple installation rods to be installed above the installation frame; S3, the other installation frame is installed on the upper side of at least one heat insulation core material batten; S4, operation in the second step and the third step is repeated till the last installation frame is installed onthe upper sides of all the heat insulation core material battens; and S5, the last installation frame is fixed to the upper end of the installation rod. By means of the manufacturing method, manufacturing is simple, assembly manufacturing can be achieved, and the heat insulation core material structure manufactured through the method has the beneficial effects that the quality is reliable, decoration is facilitated, and repeated use can be achieved.
