HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL AND HEAT INSULATION STRUCTURE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation material and a heat insulation structure of a simple structure that may be fabricated readily, facilitate weight reduction, prevent a damage and offer a high heat insulation effect, along with a manufacturing method of the heat insulation material.SOLUTION: A heat insulation material includes first and second sheet members 12(1), 12(2) having a plurality of first protrusions 18(1) and second protrusions 18(2) embossed on base materials 16(1), 16(2) made of a gas barrier-type synthetic resin. Each of the plurality of first protrusions 18(1) has a circular arcuate cross-section, is arranged adjacent to and in parallel with each other, and swells toward a surface side of the first sheet member 12(1). Each of the plurality of second protrusions 18(2) is positioned at a location corresponding to each of the first protrusions 16(1), has a circular arcuate cross-section, is arranged in parallel with and adjacent to each other, and swells toward a surface side of the second sheet member 12(2). The first and second sheet members 12(1), 12(2) have rear surfaces that face each other, with flat parts 22(1) connected air-tightly with each other, and form a plurality of hollow decompression chambers 14 surrounded by the first and second protrusions 18(1), 18(2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】シンプルな構造で作り易く、軽量化が容易で破損しにくく、高い断熱効果が得られる断熱材、断熱用構造物、及び断熱材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ガスバリア性の合成樹脂で成る基材16(1),16(2)に、複数の第一突条18(1)及び第二突条18(2)がエンボス状に形成された第一及び第二のシート部材12(1),12(2)を備える。複数の第一突条18(1)は、断面形状がそれぞれ円弧状で、互いに平行に隣接して第一のシート部材12(1)の表面側に膨出している。複数の第二突条18(2)は、個々の第一突条16(1)に対応する位置に配され、断面形状がそれぞれ円弧状で、互いに平行に隣接して第二のシート部材12(2)の表面側に膨出している。第一及び第二のシート部材12(1),12(2)は、裏面同士が対向し、平坦部22(1)同士が気密に接合し、第一及び第二突条18(1),18(2)で囲まれた中空の減圧室14を複数形成する。【選択図】図1
