Sleeve grouting connecting joint, connecting structure of prefabricated component and construction method of connecting structure
The invention provides a sleeve grouting connecting joint, a connecting structure of a prefabricated component and a construction method of the connecting structure. The sleeve grouting connecting joint comprises a sleeve, a first steel bar, a second steel bar, reinforcement assemblies and a grouting material. The first steel bar and the second steel bar stretch into the sleeve from two ports of the sleeve correspondingly. Multiple transverse ribs distributed at intervals are arranged on each of the first steel bar and the second steel bar. A cavity of the sleeve is filled with the grouting material. The parts/part, stretching into the sleeve, of the first steel bar and/or the second steel bar are/is anchoring segments/an anchoring segment, and each anchoring segment is provided with one or multiple reinforcement assemblies in the longitudinal direction of the anchoring segment. On the basis of not reducing steel bar performance, one or multiple reinforcement assemblies distributed atintervals are additionally mounted on each steel bar, the reinforcement assemblies protrude out of the outer side faces of the steel bars, a buckled structure can be formed by the reinforcement assemblies and the grouting material arranged in the sleeve in a filling manner, the grabbing force of the grouting material to the steel bars is effectively improved, and therefore connecting quality can be improved easily, the total length of the sleeve can be reduced, and the production cost can be reduced.
本发明提供了一种套筒灌浆连接接头、预制构件的连接结构及其施工方法。该套筒灌浆连接接头包括套筒、第一钢筋、第二钢筋、加强组件以及灌浆料。第一钢筋、第二钢筋分别从套筒的两端口伸入套筒内。第一钢筋和第二钢筋均设有若干间隔分布的横肋,灌浆料填充套筒的空腔。第一钢筋和/或第二钢筋伸入套筒的部分为锚固段,锚固段沿其纵向设置一个或若干个加强组件。本发明在不降低钢筋性能的基础上,在钢筋上附加一个或若干间隔分布的加强组件,该加强组件凸出钢筋外侧面,能与填充于套筒内的灌浆料形成卡扣结构,有效地提高了灌浆料对钢筋的握裹力,从而有利于提高连接质量,减少套筒的总长度,降低生产成本。
