The invention provides a sleeve grouting connecting joint, a connecting structure of a prefabricated part and a construction method thereof. The sleeve grouting connecting joint comprises a sleeve, first steel reinforcing ribs, second steel reinforcing ribs and grouting materials. The first steel reinforcing ribs and the second steel reinforcing ribs extend into the sleeve from two ports of the sleeve, the first steel reinforcing ribs and the second steel reinforcing ribs are provided with multiple transverse ribs which are distributed at intervals, an inner cavity of the sleeve is filled withthe grouting materials, the parts, extending into the sleeve, of the first steel reinforcing ribs and/or the second steel reinforcing ribs are anchorage segments, the outer side faces of the anchorage segments are provided with longitudinal ribs, and multiple grooves distributed at intervals are formed in the longitudinal ribs in the length direction of the longitudinal ribs, on the premise of not reducing the property of the steel reinforcing ribs, the grooves which are distributed at intervals are machined in the longitudinal ribs of the steel reinforcing ribs, the grooves and the groutingmaterial filled in the sleeve can form a buckle structure, the holding and wrapping force of the grouting material for the steel reinforcing ribs can be effectively improved, the total length of the sleeve is reduced, and production cost is reduced.
本发明提供了一种套筒灌浆连接接头、预制构件的连接结构及其施工方法。该套筒灌浆连接接头包括套筒、第一钢筋、第二钢筋以及灌浆料。第一钢筋、第二钢筋分别从套筒的两端口伸入套筒内。第一钢筋和第二钢筋均设有若干间隔分布的横肋,灌浆料填充套筒的空腔。第一钢筋和/或第二钢筋伸入套筒的部分为锚固段,锚固段的外侧面上设有纵肋,纵肋沿其纵向开设有若干间隔分布的凹槽。本发明在不降低钢筋性能的基础上,于钢筋的纵肋上加工出若干间隔分布的凹槽,该凹槽能与填充于套筒内的灌浆料形成卡扣结构,有效地提高了灌浆料对钢筋的握裹力,从而有利于减少套筒的总长度,降低生产成本。
