The invention relates to the field of scaffolds, in particular to a circular pipe scaffold joint and a circular pipe scaffold. A connecting column, circular table columns, a circular pipe pre-clampingstructure and vertical pipe pre-clamping structures are included, and the two end faces of the connecting column are connected with the integrally-formed circular table columns correspondingly; and the circular pipe pre-clamping structure is connected to the connecting column and comprises shifting circular flat blocks, U-shaped pressing plates, screw rods and sliding convex blocks, four slidinggrooves are formed in the outer side face of the connecting column in a surrounding mode, and the sliding convex blocks are slidably connected into the sliding grooves. The circular pipe scaffold joint and the circular pipe scaffold have the advantages that the end inserted into a square pipe is extruded and fixed, thus the end externally connected with the square pipe is pre-clamped, thus the square pipe is plugged into the two U-shaped pressing plates and is not prone to falling due to increase of friction force, the process of stably screwing into mounting bolts by people is facilitated, and operation convenience is improved.
