The invention discloses an object falling prevention building construction steel platform based on an BIM and an application method thereof and relates to the technical field of building constructionequipment. A checkered steel plate is welded to the surface of the steel platform. Steel square tubes are arranged below the platform to connect through steel platform into a whole. The platform is mounted on the upper portions of I-steels. One sides of the I-steels are connected with reinforced U-shaped pieces pre-embedded in a concrete slab, and the other sides of the I-steels are overhung for carrying the steel platform. The upper sides of the tail ends of the I-steels are connected with upper-layer beam bottom pre-embedded drag hooks, and the lower sides of the tail ends of the I-steels are provided with lifting rings. The object falling prevention building construction steel platform based on the BIM is high in overall structural stability, not prone to swinging in the using process,good in wind-resistant performance and safety protection performance and capable of effectively protecting security of ground construction personnel during construction, brings convenience to construction of curtain walls and improves the construction efficiency.
本发明公开了一种基于BIM的防坠物建筑施工钢平台及其应用方法,它涉及建筑施工用设备技术领域。钢平台面采用花纹钢板焊接,平台的下方设有钢方通将钢平台连成整体。平台安置于工字钢上部,工字钢一侧与预先埋设于混凝土板内的加强U型件相连,另一侧悬挑放置钢平台,末端上侧采用钢绞线与上层梁底预埋拉钩相连,下侧设有吊环。本发明整体结构稳固性强,不容易在使用中出现晃动情况,抗风性能佳,安全防护性能好,在建造过程中能够有效保护地面施工人员安全,同时也为幕墙施工提供便利,提高施工效率。
