The invention discloses a fabricated low-energy consumption reformed structure of an existing building balcony and a low-energy rapid reforming method for the existing building balcony. The low-energyrapid reforming method comprises the following steps: measuring the size of an original balcony, prefabricating integral balcony laminated beams and laminated slabs, setting up an outside scaffold, removing an original balcony slab, sideboard, window and the like, drilling steel bar holes in an original ring beam construction column, installing a steel support, planting protruding steel bars of abalcony slab into a beam of an original external wall, connecting the prefabricated balcony slab with the steel support, solidifying steel bar planting positions, casting a cast-in-place layer and apost-cast connection joint of the balcony slab with thermal insulation mortar, connecting the balcony slab with the laminated beams with steel angles, laying a waterproof layer on a balcony floor, andinstalling a high-efficiency energy-saving window in an outside embedded manner. The low-energy rapid reforming method solves the technical problems that construction difficulty is high, heat bridgesare liable to generate, carrying capacity is poor, and the like during reformation of existing building balconies in old communities, can satisfy a heat bridge-free technology and meet the requirement of low energy consumption, and meanwhile, can further realize quick installation, shorten the construction period, increase construction speed, and reduce influences on original normal life orders.
本发明公开了一种既有建筑阳台装配式低能耗改造结构及快速改造方法,包括以下步骤,测量原阳台尺寸,预制整体的阳台叠合梁及叠合板,搭设外脚手架,拆除原有阳台板、栏板、窗等,在原有圈梁构造柱上打钢筋孔,安装钢支撑件,阳台板出筋植入原有外墙的梁中,连接预制的阳台板与钢支撑,植筋位置进行固化,阳台板现浇层及后浇连接缝浇筑保温砂浆,用角钢连接阳台板与叠合梁,阳台地面做法铺设防水层,外嵌式安装高效节能窗;本发明解决老旧小区既有建筑阳台改造的施工难度大、易产生热桥、承载能力差等技术问题,能够满足无热桥技术、达到低能耗要求,同时还能实现快速安装,减少施工周期,增加施工速度,降低对原有正常生活秩序的影响。
