The invention relates to the technical field of original building construction, in particular to an existing building fabricated externally-added balcony structure which comprises a balcony main body structure, the balcony main body structure comprises a guardrail and a bottom plate and further comprises an anchoring part, and the anchoring part is connected with a wall. A supporting frame is arranged below the bottom plate and connected with a wall body through anchoring parts. The guardrail is mounted on the supporting frame; and the supporting frame of the balcony main body structure of the next floor is connected with the anchoring part of the balcony main body structure of the previous floor through the diagonal draw bar. The anchoring part is used for connecting the supporting frame and the wall body in the balcony main body structure of the floor and also used for connecting the supporting frame and the wall body in the balcony main body structure of the next floor, the original wall body is not damaged, the strength of an existing building is prevented from being damaged, and the safety is high.
