The invention discloses a passive solar energy coordination and high-efficiency utilization overturning-type building window body. The passive solar energy coordination and high-efficiency utilizationoverturning-type building window body comprises a wall body, a solar photovoltaic plate, first gears and a second gear, wherein a window frame is arranged at the inner side of the wall body; a fist frame body is arranged at the inner side of the window frame; butt joint ports are formed in the window frame; the first frame body and an electrical cabinet at the outer side of the wall body are connected with each other through wires; an upper end of a supporting rod and the window frame are connected with each other; and a fastening bolt is arranged at the outer side of the supporting rod. According to the passive solar energy coordination and high-efficiency utilization overturning-type building window body, when the first frame body rotatably opens in the window frame, the supporting roddrives the second gear to rotate through connecting tooth blocks, and at the moment, the second gear can drive horizontal pipes through a corresponding cross bar and a corresponding horizontal shaft to rotate for angle adjusting, so that the horizontal pipes are conveniently irradiated by utilizing solar energy, water in the horizontal pipes is beneficially preheated, waste of large amounts of water is avoided when hot water is needed, and meanwhile, the fuel gas loss is reduced as well.
