The invention discloses an energy-saving outer window of a passive house building, and relates to the field of passive houses. Comprising a window sash unit, the window sash unit comprises an inner sash and an outer sash, and a window frame is arranged below the window sash unit and comprises an inner frame and an outer frame; a drainage heat-insulation sealing strip is arranged at the joint of the top surfaces of the inner frame and the outer frame; a first sealing heat-insulating strip is arranged at the closed part of the inner sash and the inner frame; a second sealing heat-insulating strip is arranged at the closed part of the outer frame and the outer sash; glass panels are fixedly arranged at the tops of the inner sash and the outer sash in a sealed mode, each glass panel comprises two layers of glass plates, the tops and the bottoms of the two layers of glass plates are wrapped with supporting frames respectively, the supporting frame located at the top is provided with a lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism is connected with a light enhancement device and a light diffusion device; the top of the glass panel is fixedly provided with a transition season noise reduction ventilation device through a frame, and ventilation gaps are formed in inner-layer glass and outer-layer glass of the transition season noise reduction ventilation device. The heat insulation effect is good, and the energy-saving effect can be achieved.
