Gate flowmeter combined with channel bulkhead gate and flow measuring method thereof
The invention discloses a gate flowmeter combined with a channel bulkhead gate and a flow measuring method thereof. The gate flowmeter comprises a pair of channel water flow form monitoring devices and a flow monitoring controller which are arranged on the upstream side and the downstream side of two gate grooves of the bulkhead gate respectively. The flow measurement method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a channel three-section flow measurement environment; S2, the flow monitoring controller sending a control instruction to control an upstream side pressure water level monitor and a downstream side pressure water level monitor to synchronously acquire water level data of an upstream side monitoring section Ls and water level data of a downstream side monitoring section Lxaccording to a set acquisition frequency in a monitoring time period delta t; and S3, calculating the excess flow of the monitored section Le. According to the invention, a traditional flow measurement method is broken through, changes of upstream and downstream water levels of a monitored section of a channel caused by the action of channel water flow form monitoring devices installed on the upstream side and the downstream side of the monitored bulkhead gate and the side wall of the channel are used for monitoring and calculating the average flow of the monitored bulkhead gate through energy conservation and a channel continuity equation, and the method has the advantage of being high in measurement precision.
本发明公开了一种与渠道平板闸门相结合的闸门流量计及其测流方法,包括分别设置在平板闸门两个门槽上、下游侧的一对渠道水流形态监测装置和流量监测控制器。测流方法:S1,构建渠道三断面测流环境;S2,流量监测控制器发出控制指令,控制上、下游侧压力水位监测仪在监测时段Δ内按照设定的采集频率,同步采集上游侧监测断面Ls的水位数据和下游侧监测断面Lx的水位数据;S3,被监测断面Le的过流量计算。本发明突破了传统的测流方法,通过安装在被监测平板闸门上、下游两侧的渠道水流形态监测装置与渠道侧壁作用引起的渠道被监断面上、下游水位的变化,通过能量守恒及渠道连续方程进行被监测平板闸门平均流量的监测与计算,具有测量精度高的优点。
