The invention discloses an environment-friendly composite anti-freezing pumping agent. The pumping agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 15 parts of acid-based ester group co-grafted 3, 4-ethylenedioxy thiophene-2, 5-dicarboxylic acid/amidinothiourea condensate, 20 to 30 parts of a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent, 3 to 5 parts of hyperbranched polyglycidol, 1 to 2 parts of tannic acid and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of S-adenosylmethionine butanedisulfonate. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly composite anti-freezing pumping agent. The environment-friendly composite anti-freezing pumping agent disclosed by the invention combines the advantages of an anti-freezing agent and the pumping agent, andis good in anti-freezing effect, good in pumping efficiency, small in crystallization amount at low temperature, high in cohesive force, relatively small in slump loss, free of pollution and excellent in water reducing performance, and concrete using the anti-freezing pumping agent is good in comprehensive performance, high in compressive strength and good in durability.
