Method for preparing cement-based recycled aggregate from fine-grain copper tailings
The invention discloses a method for preparing cement-based recycled aggregate from fine-grain copper tailings, and relates to the technical field of harmlessness, reduction, recycling and comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste (copper tailings). The method comprises a step of preparing following components in percentage by weight: 68-85% of fine-grain copper tailings, 5-15% of yellowsand, 8-15% of PC325R cement, 2% of gypsum and triethanolamine accounting for 0.01% of cement. Fine-grain tailings difficult to use are fully utilized, and emission of solid waste is reduced. The recycled aggregate is high in compressive strength, low in crushing value, economical, feasible, simple and convenient to operate and easy to obtain.
