The invention provides a preparation process for preparing recycled aggregate based on tailings and aggregate, and relates to the technical field of tailings resource utilization. The preparation process comprises the following steps of: S1, taking a tailings filter cake, adding yellow sand and cement into the tailings filter cake, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture A; S2, adding a water reducing agent and a thickening agent into the mixture A, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture B; and S3, compression-molding the mixture to obtain the aggregate. According to the method, the tailing filter cake generated by mineral separation operation is directly used as a main raw material, the cement is used as a cementing material, the yellow sand is used as a structure reinforcing material, the cement and the yellow sand are directly added into the filter cake for stirring under the condition of certain water content without the operations of drying, crushing and the like, effective contact between the cementing material and other materials can be promoted in the forming process, the water reducing agent and the thickening agent are added to improve the viscosity of the mixture, so that the mixture can be subjected to compression molding, and finally the aggregate which is uniformly mixed and has certain structural strength is obtained.
本发明提供了一种基于尾矿制备再生骨料的制备工艺与骨料,涉及尾矿资源化利用技术领域,所述制备工艺包括如下步骤:步骤S1:取尾矿滤饼,向尾矿滤饼中加入黄砂与水泥,搅拌均匀,得到混合物A;步骤S2:向混合物A中加入减水剂与增稠剂,搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;步骤S3:将混合物B压制成型,得到骨料。本发明直接以选矿作业产生的尾矿滤饼为主要原料,水泥为胶凝材料,黄砂为结构加固材料,所述滤饼不需要通过烘干与粉碎等作业,直接在一定含水率条件下加入水泥与黄砂进行搅拌,成型过程会促使胶凝材料和其它材料的有效接触,加入减水剂与增稠剂以提高混合物的黏稠度而使得其能够压制成型,最终得到混合均匀并具有一定结构强度的骨料。
