The invention relates to a process method for preparing compact CA2-CA6 complex-phase refractory clinker by a one-step method. The compact CA2-CA6 complex-phase refractory clinker comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 78.69-86.36% of Al2O3, 10.64-20.31% of CaO and 1-3% of A micro powder, wherein the relative density is 90.7%-93.6%, and the apparent porosity is 3.3%-4.8%. Thepreparation method comprises the following steps: (1) respectively grinding bauxite, limestone and micro powder A, and mixing; and (2) pressing the mixed material into green pellets, and calcining toobtain clinker. According to the invention, the A micro powder is used as a sintering promoter; in the calcining process, the micro powder A is subjected to solid solution in a CA2-CA6 phase to form asolid solution; the sintering activity of the CA2-CA6 phase is improved, so that the compact CA2-CA6 complex-phase refractory clinker can be obtained under the conditions of relatively low calciningtemperature and relatively short heat preservation time, the production energy consumption is effectively reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and energy conservation and emission reductionare promoted.
一种一步法制备致密CA‑CA复相耐火熟料的工艺方法,其成分按重量百分比含AlO78.69~86.36%,CaO 10.64~20.31%,A微粉1~3%;其相对密度为90.7~93.6%,显气孔率为3.3~4.8%。制备方法为:(1)将铝矾土、石灰石和A微粉分别磨细后混合;(2)将混合物料压制成生球,然后进行煅烧制成熟料。本发明采用A微粉作为促烧结剂,在煅烧过程A微粉固溶到CA‑CA相中形成固溶体,从而提高了CA‑CA相的烧结活性,从而可在较低的煅烧温度和较短的保温时间条件下获得致密CA‑CA复相耐火熟料,有效降低了生产能耗,提高了生产效率,促进了节能减排。
