Silicon nitride ceramic surface modification assisted direct diffusion bonding method
The invention provides a silicon nitride ceramic surface modification assisted direct diffusion bonding method, which comprises the following steps: firstly, pretreating a silicon nitride ceramic surface to remove surface oil stains and impurities, and then carrying out laser irradiation treatment on the silicon nitride ceramic surface in a vacuum or inert gas protection state; assembling the treated materials according to the sequence of the silicon nitride ceramic and the metal material, placing the assembled materials in a vacuum diffusion connection device for pressurization, heating and performing heat preservation for a period of time, performing eutectic reaction on the modified silicon nitride ceramic and the metal material to generate a local eutectic liquid phase, and then solidifying the eutectic liquid phase to realize connection of the ceramic and the metal. The problems that an existing active metal brazing method is high in cost and small in a brazing filler metal selection range are solved. The method can be widely applied to high-quality connection of ceramic and metal.
本发明提供一种氮化硅陶瓷表面改性辅助直接扩散连接方法,其首先对氮化硅陶瓷表面进行预处理去除表面油污和杂质,然后在真空或惰性气体保护状态下对氮化硅陶瓷表面进行激光照射处理;将处理后的材料按照氮化硅陶瓷与金属材料的次序装配并置于真空扩散连接装置中加压、加热并保温一段时间,利用改性后的氮化硅陶瓷与金属材料发生共晶反应生成局部共晶液相,随后共晶液相凝固实现陶瓷与金属的连接。其解决了现有的活性金属钎焊法存在成本较高、钎料选择范围少的问题。本发明可广泛应用于陶瓷与金属的高质量连接。
