The invention relates to a rapid transparent ceramic electric field assisted direct diffusion connection method, which realizes the connection between transparent ceramics in an extremely short time by using the rapid directional diffusion of self charged ions in the transparent ceramics in an electric field under the combined action of the electric field, a temperature field and a pressure field under the condition of no connection medium. The transparent ceramic is an ionic crystal and is preferably selected from at least one of magnesium aluminate spinel, aluminum oxynitride, yttrium aluminum garnet, element-doped magnesium aluminate spinel, element-doped aluminum oxynitride and element-doped yttrium aluminum garnet.
