The rail collecting device comprisesa rail collecting shuttle head and a guide groove allowing the rail collecting shuttle head to penetrate through; the rail collecting shuttle head is provided with two clamping plates used for fixinga steel rail; locking check blocks and limiting check blocks are arranged on the two opposite sides of the guide groove in a sliding mode; the limiting check blocks and the locking check blocks are arranged in a spaced mode; positioning frames are arranged on the two opposite sides of the guide groove; each positioning frame is provided with a first locking block opposite to the corresponding locking check block and a second locking block opposite to the corresponding limiting check block; a first reset spring is arranged between each first locking block and the corresponding locking check block; a second reset spring is arranged between the second locking block and the corresponding limiting check block; and the rigidity of the first reset springs is larger than that of the second resetsprings.
